How do referrals work?
Once your client is ready to rent or purchase use our website to submit a simple referral form. The typical referral fee is 25% and as the referring agent/broker you will get 85% of that.
For example, your client purchases a $300,000 home. If the commission is $7,500 the 25% referral fee would be $1,875 of which we would QuickPay or mail you a check for 85% or $1,593.75.
